How do I wipe my phone completely?

I have a LGL22C it was rooted I unrooted. It started having a few connection problems before I unrooted I played with a file in the secure data file hoping to solve the problem. After editing the file I repeatedly kept getting notification that "google services has stopped". I factor rest it and as I go through the set phase after the rest I couldn't get past setting up a wifi connection. Even without being connected to any network (data/wifi) I could not move to the next setup phase . I'm asking if there is and deeper rest or anything. There are no dumb ideas at this point ive tried nearly everything. Please help
