samsung galaxy a3 frozen, what do i do?

i tried volume up + home button + power button and it didnt work, so i tried volume down + home and it still doesnt work, not to mention only power off button, who also didnt work

Pressing Power for half a minute or do usually shuts down a phone, but if not, it may best to contact Samsung customer support at this point.
