Can't do anything when turning on phone locked up zte

Reset my zte phone and now I can't get the phone to do anything not even reset it again. just a black screen I tried the volume and power buttons together, still nothing just black screen. U can feel a small jolt as your holding the buttons in I held them for a few min. Nothing
