Sign-in failed

Since yesterday i have received messages from Samsung with 'Sign In failed'. I have changed my password and signed in but the message is still appearing. Has anyone any ideas on how to stop it?

Welcome to Android Central! Are these notifications in the notification bar, or "toast" messages that appear in their own boxes in the middle of the screen?
