SD have lot of media but photos and files cannot show it out.

Hi there. I have Alcatel OneTouch pop 4. I insects my SD card which is 32gb. Inside the SD have lot of media but photos and files cannot show it out. Who can help me? Anyone please.

Did it work before? Or did you just randomly decided to try another SD card from elsewhere that had files on it. ?
Does the size of the SD card support your devices hardware? Is it supported to accepted 32gb SD?

2. What SD card is it? What class is it? Check to see if it compatible with your device.

3. The format... might need to be formatted due to the format of the SD card not being recognized.
