p8 lite marshmallow - permissions already granted after installing app - is it normal?

I have a Huawei p8 lite with android 6.0, and I noticed that sometimes after installing an app, it has already some permissions allowed e.g. camera, phone.

Is it normal? I know that I can turn off these permissions in settings, but I thought the entire point of permission model is that an app has no permissions after installing.

Is it normal behaviour, or does it happen only on Huawei, or is it a bug?

When you download an app, you usually get the permissions showing up before you agree to download. That's normal behaviour. You can look in permissions and see why the app needs them (or you can just kill them after installing). Mine are set very tight, I block everything and my firewall stops any online shenanigans from apps...
