AC Question

My phone is rooted and has a TWRP software which has prevented me from performing an update. I have no knowledge of dealing with rooted phones (I just found out my phone was rooted when tried to update it :( )
So how can I get rid of it ? please help me out with some clear steps !

You need to download the correct RUU (Rom Update Utility) for your device. It will return the phone to stock. You have to boot to bootloader, relock bootloader, select fastboot, plug in usb, and then run the RUU.
