Use Google on both.

Welcome to Android Central! Like chanchan05 said, make sure both devices are logged into the same Google account. Your Google-related data will sync to both devices. The apps on one device won't automatically install on the other (and some apps might not be compatible with the other device), but you can always look in your My Apps section of the Google Play Store to see all of the apps you've purchased or installed, and then install them on that device.
