message "unfortunately google play service has stopped working" the phone blocks until I can get rid of the notice

Settings>devive>applications>application manager> find Google play and wipe cache then wipe app data. Do the same for Google play services. Open Google Play app open, sign back in by confirming Google account and you should be good to go.
