New here. I currently have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (waiting for the release of the S8) and use the Outlook for Android application. Recently, the notifications for new mail have stopped appearing. However, bizarrely, notifications for my secondary email address both appear in the application and give me a notification. However, whilst emails do download to the application from my primary email, notifications do not appear. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can get notifications for both email addresses?
So far, I have tried the following:
1) Restarting the device.
2) Reinstalling Outlook for Android
3) Ensuring "Focused Inbox" is turned off
4) Ensuring "Notifications" is turned on in Application Manager
It's so strange that the emails download but yet no notification for my primary address but it works fine for the secondary address. There was no trigger for this problem, it just randomly started occurring. The phone is running Android 6.0.1.
