I think someone is remotely excessing my phone how ti find out if its been hacked?

I have overload of media data I did not use.I've been kicked out of play store many times for weeks a one point.it also said that were other devices being used and I have only TV and my phone .it also said a t and t an4drvices 1 stream.what does that mean?
