How can i fix my moto g?

ok so my moto g wasn't turning on so i looked up what to do and found out about the power button and volume button, i then selected the reboot. The problem is it originally said no command and now my phone screen is all black except for the wifi/data/time in the top right corner. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I think you have to reset it, the os is damaged if so try to factory reset it by any recovery.
WARNING : it'll delete the data and wipe the phone.
