Why does the front facing camera on Galaxy S8 Plus blur out other people?

So been trying out the front facing camera on galaxy S8 plus but when taking selfies with friends it tends to blur some of them out. Is there a setting to keep everything in the frame in focus without the bluring?

Sounds like "Selective Focus" not sure if that is a setting on the S8 FRONT camera though
