Suggestions for a good camera with tablet size display?

I've always used an iPad mini to take before & afters pictures of faces for work, the photos aren't as sharp as on my phone so I'm wondering if there is a better option. I want something separate from my phone, only for the purpose of photography & be able to display the images at a size much bigger than a phone for clients to see detail (& at the time of treatment). I'll be grateful of any suggestions.
