I cannot send or receive a photo via email on my Samsung galaxy J3 J3

I can send a message but as soon as I try to send a photo it refuses

Welcome to the forum. I would guess, from what you've provided, that your email account has either a very low size limit or some other block that is preventing attaching the photo. Are you getting the error when you attach the photo or when you try to send it? If you use your online email account via a PC can you send photos okay?
