My Samsung LGL33L Sunset cell phone

[AC Question]

My Samsung LGL33L Sunset cell phone won't make or take calls or texts, and I have only had it 3 months. According to the phone, it is "not roaming", the mobile network state is "disconnected", and the signal strength is -111 dBm. I purchased a new battery and that did no good. I use TracFone as my phone company.

Sorry but I am not very cell phone savvy.

Welcome to the forums. It sounds like either the SIM card is not working or you do not have a working carrier account. I would contact and discuss with TracFone.
