Why can't i exit ftm mode on my zte 981

[AC Question]

My phone zte 981 its stuck on ftm mode i can't get out and it wont turn off so i can reset it. What can i do?

Welcome to Android Central! Press and hold Power for about 15 seconds to force a shutdown. If that doesn't work, then try pressing Power and Vol Down together for 15 seconds. After it shuts down, power on normally. Is it still in FTM mode?
