New NeuTab k1 isn’t turning back on

[Android Central Question]

I got a neutab tablet model k1 just a couple days ago, I played it plugged in and charging last night and it died on me, I left it plugged in all night and this morning I’ve tried restarting it, nothing happens, (yes with power key and volume key) so I plugged it into my PC and can just hear it connecting, and disconnecting over and over, I tried holding volume up and power key for 30 seconds and I finally got something, a “select boot mode” screen, so I’ve tried selecting “recovery” and nothing, then tried the next option “fast boot” nothing, and then the last “normal boot” still nothing, and I don’t know what else there is I can do at this point, if anyone has any help to offer
