Why does Google play on my LGL41C not install anything.

The download bar goes up to 100%, but stops there and doesn't do anything. I've tried removing my account and putting it back on, clearing Google plays data, and uninstalling updates. Im out of ideas, and I can't find any other person who's had this problem. H E L P.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you clear the cache and data of the Google Play Store? I'm not sure what you mean by "Google Plays data."

Also, clear the cache and data from the Download Manager as well. If you don't see it at first, tap Menu>Show System when you're in the Settings>Apps​ menu.
