Galaxy note 4 problem possibly solved by last update

I just received the last known update (Aug 2017) from the Samsung tech guy at Best Buy. ATT could not do this last update for me (even though they are the ones that push out the updates). Since the update the phone has been working normally. It's only been one day but I can already tell it's markedly improved. I would suggest this route. Bestbuy Samsung Experience Center provides free service and they will flash the newest version onto your phone while wiping out the previous ones.
 
Next time, ask the people at AT&T where the Device Support Center is. They can do updates (if you have the patience to wait for everyone who's ahead of you with problems).
