Samsung S9 - Middle East version

Want to buy a Samsung s9 from Dubai UAE, but can't really understand what is the difference between a phone with 'middle east version' or 'international'. I am currently living in Europe and not clear whether buying a 'middle east version' will be of any problem with an EU sim. Can anyone help me on this one? Greatly appreciated

As far as i know it is locked for usage with Middle east SIM card.
1st you have to use UAE SIM card for making at least 10 min call then you can use any other SIM card.
If not firstly using middle east SIM card it will be locked for any other SIM out of the area
