Push notifications not coming through

[Android Central Question]

Have an Samsung s7, not getting any notification through from apps, messages and emails ect, have reset to factory settings and checked my notification settings/battery settings and the basics but not sure what else to try and check to get them working

Not receiving anything in the status bar from most apps
