Replacing LCD over AMOLED

My Blackberry Peiv mobile's AMOLED display screen got cracked and is there any possibility to replace it with typical LCD display screen.?
If i do so, does it affects PPI pixal density of my phone.?

Unfortunately, nope. You can only replace a phone's display panel with the same type of panel is was designed for. If the phone supports video output via MHL then you might be able to plug that into a small LCD panel ( UT it wouldn't be attached to your phone, just connected to it) and you would only have image, no touch input.

Nope. Different, connectors, different drivers, basically the phone won't recognize it. Plus it won't fit inside the phone anyway because LCD panels are thicker than AMOLED panels.
