Password Security Question

Hey, so after using FoxFi for WiFi tethering, it went to a window that basically told me I needed to use a screen lock password, so I set that up. Now, I am not able to turn it off and am stuck on what to do. Here's what my screen looks like when I go into the security settings. Thanks for any help
