Doesn't verizon require that a prepaid phone be in use for 6 months before it can be used on postpaid?

Well this is 4GLTE... It could be different. But standard prepaid, yes.

Due to 700MHz rules, Verizon has to allow 700MHz b13 capable devices into its network .

Now,they might not activate it, but my understanding is if you put an active postpaid sim, that it should work. Similar to the n7 before.
