Google + name suspension help

Sorry if I am duplicating threads, searched and didn't find. Not sure if this is even the right place, but best I could see....

My problem is with Goggle Plus. Tried to finally use Google + app on my Galaxy S3 after having Android for a year. Signed in with my Gmail account linked to my phone and put my info in....
Said something about my name being unacceptable even though I put my name in as it is on my birth certificate.

My last name is uncommon, but if they Google my name, they would see I am legitimate. I have tried submitting the forms for review but have had no response or change in my status.

Really frustrating. Anybody have any suggestions?

If you last name is LazrRocketArm then i hardly believe its acceptable.

be patient. they will review it and will update you. it might take weeks.
