Having issues with SDK setup

Im in eclipse for android development and im following a book by Donn Felker, the name of the book is Android Application Development for Dummies. Donn does'nt have a e- mail address,and im trying to follow the steps but having errors it says in eclipse choose File/New/Project expand the Android item by clickingthe Android folder but i don't see the Android word to get the New Android Project box. Can someone let me know what im doing wrong? Thank You
