Buying an unlocked Android phone

I posted this is the myTouch forum, but I only got one answer, so I figured I'd try it in this forum (I don't think the myTouch forum gets many visitors) =)

I want to purchase an unlocked myTouch 3G slide (I'm on AT&T). I know that the phone will only work on 2G, which is fine, because I'm constantly around wifi anyway. The only thing I really wanted to know was if the phone (unlocked by the manufacturer, not by someone who unlocked a T-Mobile phone and sold it) would have all the T-Mobile stuff on it (the bloatware, the tweaks added to the Sense, the Faves, etc), or if it would just be the standard UI that came with the phone (I guess Sense) before T-Mobile added all the stuff.
