My 730 pairs with my iPhone 6 but I can't hear or be heard..what should I do?

My 730 pairs with my i-phone 6 but i can't hear or be heard....

My blue tooth pairs ok and all but...all of a sudden I can't hear my party and they can't hear me...solutions??
