why won't my apps using WIFI work?

I turned on my phone and it connected to WiFi just fine but when I went to an app that uses WiFi, (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, I-funny, even the Play Store), it says that it cannot connect or refresh feed. I have tried power cycling my phone, restarting it, clearing space, uninstalling apps, and taking my battery in and out but nothing has worked. Even when I just use mobile data the apps won't work. I could try uninstalling and installing the apps but the Play Store doesn't work either. I have no Idea what to do, Please Help!
