Cant move apps to sd on meizu m3

I dont have an option r
To move apps to sd
I would add a photo if someone tell me how but i just dont have the option. And i have an sd
Phone is meizu m3 note 16gb
Do i need to root it or something?

Welcome to Android Central! Not all devices come with this function. You'd have to root it and use an app like Link2SD or AppMgr III.

but still i cant move the apps

I've rooted my M3, tried both Link2SD and AppMgr III, gave them a root permissions but getting a notification saying the manufacturer is blocking the option of moving App's to SD. it means that because of the OS and bloatware I have only 8GB storage which swiftly complete if using heavy graphical games. I really don't understand the idea of MEIZU behind.
