I am about to nuke the Facebook app

Ok so the other week I updated my FB app. Ever since then the damned thing keeps telling me to log in, over and over and over and over and over again. I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app. I am not having any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One more thing. When I log in (again) it gives me the message that authentication has succeeded. Then I immediately get the message that

"An error occurred while fetching data [102/Session Key Invalid or or no longer valid]"

I gave up and now use the browser. The app sucks
