Why is my Nexus 6 making Random sounds

hope everyone is well
I have a Nexus 6, 64gb Running CM12 08/07/2015 Update. and Latest Gapps.
I left my phone for 6 months as standard as legally it was owned by EE (everything Everywhere for our Yank Brothers and Sisters)
Now, in the 6 months leading up to Rooting and Flashing CM, i would get a random notification beep when my phone was either sat there doing nothing or i was on it.. i have no notifications and my NFC is turned off.
I flashed CM12 and it is still doing it. Not all the time but every so often, anyone experienced this?
Also, weird noise number 2. Sometimes if im on the phone, as in browsing the web Youbook or Facetube, the ear peace bit makes random noises like fizzing noises if you will (sort of sounds like im on the phone when im not) and this will do it for like 10 minutes then go off.. Any ideas?
