So today I have lost all vibrate features on my evo. The phone is only a month old and I'm 100% sure it's hardware failure. Ive searched and done all the tips regarding the problem and I just need to take it into a sprint store now. My question is what should I expect when I don't have insurance and the phone is still under factory warranty I assume. Is it going to cost me $35, $50, or $100 for a replacement.

From the posts I've seen regarding people with problems early in their contract, you might just get lucky and they'll exchange it.

Ive been with sprint since 2001 and have had WM phones that crapped out exchange for a price without warranty. I just can't remember how much it cost me back then.

Yeah i'm going to take it in Thursday and see what happens. After playing around with it some more you can hear a little tiny twitching sound when It's suppose to vibrate.

And now it stopped working again and i'm positive my evo is really messed up. It keeps coming and going with no changes made to the phone. I'm picking up my replacement at 2 today.
