Does 4.3 have any (positive) effects on Bluetooth?

I simply cannot find a BT headset that seems to sound clear to the person I am speaking to.

I am wondering if 4.3 has had any effect on the above problem?

I've not heard of HTC One bluetooth clarity problems but I have heard a lot of good things about the Plantronics Voyager Legend headset. You may want to give that one a shot.

HTC One has the best audio over BT,it uses the aptx codec for higher quality.
You should find an aptx ready BT headset

I use a Motorola Sliver II. Great BT! I also use at times a Motorola CommandOne. Both sound great to others....even over the loudness on my Mack dump truck!

I have tried many headsets for same reason. HTC One had best BT performance, and the best BT headsets IMO with clear sound and awesome noise canceling are Jawbone icon HD/Era and Bose Stereo BT (also has rich sound of media)
