I am doing some research on how to limit data usage while on a hotspot, and I came across a setting in "Data Usage" that I hadn't noticed before. The setting is called "Network Restrictions". I googled this but couldn't find any info. If you click on it, you see all the known wifi networks and can toggle the restriction on or off for each network. I assume it is similar to the "Restrict Background Data", but maybe not a global restriction, just a restriction for that wifi network. Still, I'd like to see some documentation.
