I bought it on Amazon.de because it was cheaper there. I don't know where to start with sending it back and getting a replacement. The turning on and off issue (which I have found is pretty common) has gotten really bad and now I have to actually take out the battery and put it back in in order for it to start up again. I'm pretty sure it's in warranty because I think the warranty is 1 year and I got this phone in July.
Questions I have:
1. What do I need to send it back? Just the phone or do I need any packaging?
2. What numbers (serial numbers etc) do I need and where do I find them? I don't have any of the packaging.
3. How will I package it up for posting to LG?
4. Where do I get started?
