    First time Note Buyer?

Since 2011, I've always owned a Galaxy Note. I'm currently using a Note9. If you're going to spend close to $1000, get a new Note10+ instead of a Note20. You will be getting a better, higher resolution display that is also bright under sunlight. The cameras are also great. For your budget...

Is anyone else underwhelmed by the 5?

There are a few things I would like to change, but if I had to change just one thing, it would be the screen. I want a QHD resolution like the one on my Pixel 4XL.

    Full 11 rolling out now!

Curse you Samsung!!! Samsung packs their devices with so many features to the point where it's so hard for me to find anything interesting with this new OS update my Pixel 4XL received yesterday. I'm literally comparing my Note9 with One UI 2.1 to my Pixel 4XL running Android 11.

Can I trust Samsung to push updates and patches?

I think there's still room for improvement. I'm not even sure anymore if the problem is Samsung, T-Mobile or both. My Note9 is running One UI 2.0, and it just received the May 2020 security patch on June 9th. One UI 2.1 is being sent out in some regions but it's unclear if T-Mobile will care...

Leaks and Rumors: Galaxy Note 20?

"Interested in your opinion guys. I am looking to upgrade from my Nexus 6, this will tell you that I keep my devices for a long time. What would you recommend, S20 Ultra or wait for the Note 20 Plus? Based in the UK if that makes any difference, I know the UK doesn't get the Snapdragon chips...

OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro, or wait 'til the One+ 9, coming from One+ 7?

For those on T-Mobile, the OnePlus 7Pro is currently listed at $450. I think that's a better buy than the OnePlus 8, especially if you don't care for 5G right now.

Do you keep a bunch of apps open in the background?

If it's not responding then I'll close it, otherwise the system handles it.

Galaxy buds + not enough bass

It's probably not worth it. Anyway, I believe with all my heart that there's space to fit a headphone jack in a phone, so I intentionally don't and won't buy buds from phone manufacturers who remove the headphone jack. If I could, I won't buy their phones either. So, no Pixel buds, OnePlus...

    Why glass?

I enjoyed the LG G4's leather back and was happy to see OPPO offer a leather option for the FindX 2. I'm not sure, but I think one disadvantage to leather is that the back may not allow for wireless charging (which I hardly use BTW). If they made more devices with leather, like the HP Spectre...

Note 20 starting at 128GB base storage?

If it has an SD card slot, then I'm okay with 128GB as base internal storage. I use my internal storage for apps, which by the way are getting bigger and bigger, and an SD card for media, documents etc.

    Any Regrets?

There's no way I would consider giving up my Note9 for an S-Series, especially when I didn't give it up for the Note10+. I think I will hang on to my Note9 and hopefully upgrade it to the Note22 after Samsung announces the Note23. I don't think there will be any new advance feature from Samsung...

    March update Features

I got it on Monday. I hope Google expands the functionality of the Rules feature to be more like Tasker.

Why Are You Not Upgrading To Or Buying The S20?

" Have you tried 120hz, or even 90hz on a phone though? You will have a very difficult time going back to 60hz." I have 90hz (forced via developer option) refresh on my Pixel 4XL. It hasn't stopped me from using my Note9 as my "daily driver".

Why Are You Not Upgrading To Or Buying The S20?

I need the S-Pen, so the S Series is out of the question, with regards to Samsung devices. On another Note (no pun intended), I want to try something new going forward. I want to start purchasing new devices only when my current device stops getting security updates. Unfortunately, this looks...
