Motog5plus search Apps screen shows frequently used on top line???

[Android Central Question]

From my home screen when I swipe up a page of Apps comes up. The top line is a row of duplicate icons. I prefer not to have that row show up. One of those apps I don't want on that row. I can't get it off that row by opening other apps and I don't want to uninstall it.

I think it's the row of most used apps.

Welcome to the forums. That row in your app drawer is called 'app suggestions' and, unfortunately can't be removed or edited with the stock launcher.

This was possible before, with the option included in the Google app, but now you need a custom launcher, like Nova, to edit your app drawer.
