Window Mount Not Sticking

I bought a window mount from Amazon. It's the Motorola Droid OEM window mount. I've tried placing it in a couple different locations and it won't stay attached for more than a few minutes. Anyone else have this issue?

Lick your finger and out it around the edges,then give it a go. Are you putting it on the dash or the windshield. Make sure both are clean and oil fee. I had to clean mine before it stuck.

I'm putting it on the windshield, up near the rear view mirror. I had cleaned the glass, but didn't think about the water. Thanks!

May sound stupid, but did you flip the lever to lock it on? Mine sticks every time, even on dirty glass.

your window is holding it wrong!

try the liquid thing. Make sure both the screen and the suction cup are clean.

Depending on your car model it might have wierd areas that won't stick right (my brother needs to put his lower on the window to get it to stick)
