Just the phone and trade information from Samsung. Just make sure it is secure in the box, and paperwork that Samsung instructed you to put in.

Also, take pictures and video of the phone next to the document that's being sent with it. Keep the photos/video until you receive the confirmation email that they accepted your trade-in.

Make sure you factory reset it , and your account no longer associated with it

There's only one best way to do it on settings do the factory reset from there, It will reset everything including google accounts and all the data, no need to do it from recovery mode, it will do a Master factory reset once phone boots back just turn off your done.

I would also use your new Ultra to record a short video of the current condition of the phone and include the IMEI number in the video if possible, just in case something happens to the condition of the phone during transit.
