note 3 bluetooth problem

my note 3 when it comes to sending audio via bluetooth .I cant see the bluetooth send icon or (via bluetooth) most times ...some times it appears but not for all paired devices just one ..anyone got an idea on how to deal with it ? ...let me rephrase this ...how to send music via bluetooth to other devices by my note 3

My Note 3 has no problem sending music to my Beats Bluetooth headset and to my Kenwood stereo in my vehicle. However, it can't connect or send to my TV sound bar. Interestingly my S3, S4, and Note 8 send to all three devices with no problem. I too will be interested in finding out why and how to fix.

there is no problem with bluetooth itself ...I can send all other kinds of media ...videos,pics,documents,..to my computer and other devices..but when i try to send audio(music) to other devices I can't find the bluetooth symbol which allows me to send files
