I was glad to see that Gmail was updated to provide actionable notifications:

Gmail updated with actionable notifications for Jelly Bean users | Android Central

However, they don't seem to work on the stock Galaxy S3, do they? At least, I cannot get them to show up.

Hmm, after further testing I guess it *is* there but you must expand the notification by doing a double-finger swipe to expand (which is a total pain as it's nearly impossible to do with one hand). Is there no way to auto expand notifications?

Which I have. The usefulness of this is much decreased since I need to expand the notification to do anything. May as well just open the notification to launch Gmail and archive there. That I can at least to with one hand.
