Shutting of the Voice

Hello All, I did something and now when I got and swipe the main pages of icon's to check the next page, I am told "Page one, then next page, Page two" in a automated voice . Just can't find a way to turn this off without affecting other notifications.

Try to look in Settings>Accessibility. If there is a read back option or something like that.

nope. nothing. I use a samsung galaxy s3, through straight talk service.

I have tryed everything I can think of to shut this off. I either have to turn the sound down on my notifications or watch as everyone looks up and i flip through my phone. This makes me crazy or crazier. There has to to be something I am over looking.

Is Talkback turned on? Do you see a little hand icon in the left side of the Status bar?

If that's not it, you can try booting into Safe mode http://support.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/59242 and if the problem goes away you know that it's a 3rd party app causing your issue.

I got it taken care of. Not sure what I did. Think it was that talk back, so thanks. Never give up...lol.
