Samsung galaxy s3 signal problem

Hello.
My s3 signal is full and 1 sec he was lost and when i call the signal is stable so please tell me anyone its hardware issue or software problem ....... PLZZZZZZZ HELP ME........

I am using Warid sim this is not sim fault when my phone screen is lock the signal is coming and full and when i am unlock the screen and signal go away.....

How do you know the SIM isn't faulty? Unreliable signal could certainly be due to a faulty SIM.
