Make alarm vibrate when phone set to vibrate

Hi all,

Just got a Galaxy S4. I have an alarm that goes off at noon everyday (reminder to take meds).

When I'm at work, I set my phone to vibrate and want the alarm to vibrate instead of ring.
When I'm not at work, and my phone is set to loud, I want the alarm to ring instead of vibrate.

This wasn't difficult on my old phone, but I can't seem to figure it out on the S4. Anyone know how I can make this happen? Currently, when I set my phone to vibrate the alarm still rings...loud...
