Is Verizon Galaxy S5 SIM-locked? (for using AT&T, T-Mobile, or foreign SIM cards)

On my previous Verizon Galaxy Note II and 3, all I had to do was insert the AT&T, T-Mobile,
and foreign SIM card and I can immediately start making phone calls on those networks.
(to access 3G data, just a few clicks to type in the correct APN setting for the carrier)

However, the same method doesn't seem to work on my new Verizon Galaxy S5.

That's odd. I would have thought that should work. Have you called Verizon to inquire? I'd be interested to hear what they had to say.

I would definitely contact Verizon. All their SIM card phones are unlocked so they can be sold as world phones. No one outside the US uses CDMA as Verizon does.
