Is anyone else frustrated with the Lollipop S5 update?

Lollipop S5 Update Sprint Issues

TfAnyone else frustrated with this update? The screen will not come on unless I remove the battery and reboot or comes on randomly. Home screen button and on off are useless. I tried the fix of clearing the cache by holding the up volume and home screen button while rebooting and then restarting and it did nothing.

Welcome to Android Central. Have you considered doing a factory reset?
