I have a Galaxy S5 and the message unfortunaltely, Phone has stopped. How can I fix this?

I have a Galaxy S5 and the message "unfortunaltely, Phone has stopped.

I push the ok button and it comes back immediately not even giving me the opportunity to even push restart. I have plugged it in and also taken the battery out

Try a general cache clear, in Settings, Storage, Cached Data....clear the cache.
