I had to change phones and was playing with the settings to make sure my numbers and pics where up to date.well I restarted it and noticed I lost my mic in my keyboard on my gs5. So I thought I fixed it,but then this floating icon came. Found out its a talking thing I think its called a TTL. I've done the assiblity in ur settings n there is no off button but if I hit the sample a women's voice says something,so I tested it if I'm like a txt n I hit it,it turns blue and reads it. Can anyone help here's a pic

Try this. Go to settings - accessibility and make sure that 'select to speak' is switched off.
